Blue Sky Productions is a full-service event consulting company and we specialize in personalized design -- however large or small your needs are. We will customize your wedding from start to finish, or simply provide only "wedding day" coordination services.
We also offer a few smaller packages (below) for those couples that perfer the convenience and simplicity of pre-set packages without the hassle of customization or selecting vendors.

Presentation of detailed service proposal and contract based on your budget and needs
Unlimited communication via email & phone
One to two initial coordination meetings based on needs (additional meetings available upon request)
Complete decorative element design and coordination
Ceremony (& reception, if applicable) location research and pricing
Recommend, negotiate and assist with selecting vendors most appropriate to client's budget, style and needs
Processes all vendor deposits and payments
Serve as liaison between vendors and client to ensure needs are met and to ensure flawless event execution
Complete menu coordination for reception (if applicable)
Develop Wedding and Reception program and timeline
On-site coordination, set up and breakdown of ceremony and reception
Conduct wedding rehearsal (with Officiant, if applicable) - 1 hour of service
Final wrap-up meeting no later than two weeks beforehand
Graphic design work and printing as requested per contract (i.e. ceremony programs, menu cards, guest favor tags, etc.)

The Getaway Planning Package - $350
(This a la carte service is for those couples planning a destination wedding here in Hawaii who want to be more hands-on in the planning and vendor selection process)
Over a two-day period, we coordinate meetings with up to three vendors in each service category so you can see and sample their work
A Blue Sky Productions representative will escort client and be present at all meetings
This service is invaluable and beneficial to build rapport with the vendors you select and for them to get a complete picture of your needs and vision
Vendor sample and tasting fees may apply and are additional to the $350 fee
This package is recommended to be scheduled and completed at least 8 months in advance of wedding date; airfare and accommodations are not included
The fee is non-refundable should the scheduled trip be canceled within 6 months of meeting dates
The Kahu (Caretaker) - "Wedding Day" Coordination Only - from $750*
(This service is for brides who want to plan their own wedding and book their own vendors, but just need assistance in seeing it all come together on their wedding day without having to do it themselves)

MARRIAGE LICENSE
You must have a valid marriage license to be married in Hawaii. Both the bride and groom must go in together to the Department of Health. You cannot send someone in your place ahead of time, and it is first come, first serve. It usually only takes about 30 to 45 minutes. The license is valid upon completion and you can be married immediately!

Field Agents are available for couples arriving on the weekends to be married the same weekend. We will assist you with this, if needed.

There is no waiting period or blood tests and the license is valid statewide (on all islands) for thirty days from the date you receive it. The fee is $60 CASH, payable to the agent.
Both partners must be over the age of eighteen. Birth certificates are not required, but a driver's license, passport or other form of picture identification should be brought to the licensing appointment. The license also requires the names of each partner's parents and the places where they were born.
If either partner has been married before, he or she will have to state the date, county and state (or country) in which the divorce was finalized for each previous marriage. You do not need to bring your divorce decree with you.
Please remember to bring your license with you on your wedding day.
